What does "Active Client" mean?
Active clients are those who have had an in person examination with us within the last 12 months. These are the ONLY clients eligible for home delivery.
What if my account is inactive?
Call to schedule an office visit or AKC show appointment if your account is inactive. After we complete an exam your account status will be updated!
What if I don't see the medication my pet needs on the price list?
If the medication you need isn't currently offered on our price list, call or email us to inquire about placing a special order.
Can I use Anicare as my normal Vet?
While we love caring for your furry friends, our setup is not ideal for long-term care. Anicare cannot REPLACE your local vet due to our travel schedule, but we CAN provide medication refills and vaccines if you visit us at a show.
Do you take pet insurance?
Anicare does not take pet insurance however we can provide you with an invoice to submit to your provider.
Do you take Care Credit?
While we do not accept Care Credit, we do accept the new Care Credit MasterCard.
